It's lovely to read the thoughts of others who also loved Bernadette. She was such a kind and generous friend to me. We met on a psychotherapy course at Regent's College in London and collaborated on a rather provocative presentation for our class. What a great sense of humour she had! We soon found we had other things in common, such as cooking, France, TE Lawrence and of course cats. I have many fond memories of preparing meals together and once a competition to see who could make the best cassoulet! There was a trip to Cloud's Hill and a self-guided walking tour to some hidden places in Paris. I feel lucky to have had her as a friend and will miss her very much.
